D&D Commercial Services offers three tiers of commercial maintenance plans across Kitchener-Waterloo: Essential at $299/month for quarterly service, Professional at $599/month for monthly service with priority dispatch, and Custom Enterprise plans for multi-location or complex portfolios. All plans include one monthly invoice, one account manager, and consolidated reporting — replacing 5-8 separate vendor relationships.
What's included in the Essential plan at $299 per month?
Quarterly pressure washing of common areas, monthly commercial window cleaning up to 2,500 square feet, basic commercial door preventative maintenance, and quarterly bollard inspection.
What's included in the Professional plan at $599 per month?
Monthly pressure washing, bi-weekly window cleaning up to 5,000 square feet, commercial door repairs included in the monthly fee, bollard repair and paint, annual line striping refresh, quarterly drainage and catch basin inspection, and 24/7 emergency dispatch with 4-hour target response.
What's included in the Custom Enterprise plan?
Custom-scoped service for multi-location portfolios, 24/7 dedicated account manager, SLA-backed emergency response, multi-location consolidated billing and reporting, and hand-over documentation aligned with reserve fund studies or institutional fiscal calendars.
