Scope

Shared parking lot pressure wash + line painting, bollard replacement at ATM drive-up, drive-thru lane restriping, bi-weekly window cleaning.

Challenges

• Shared-parking scope required tenant-pair coordination — neither tenant wanted to manage vendor alone
• ATM drive-up bollards damaged by repeated nightly impacts
• QSR drive-thru lane visibility degrading

Solution

Pad-site-level contract with landlord, internal allocation across tenants. Reinforced concrete-filled bollards at ATM drive-up ($400 each installed). Double-coat drive-thru restripe in June with anti-skid additive.
