• Missing impact-rated bollards at 4 loading docks triggered MOL safety concern
• Floor striping for forklift vs pedestrian zones faded into unsafe illegibility
• Catch basins backed up during heavy rain, flooding dock apron

Solution

4 concrete-filled 8-inch steel bollards installed at dock corners. High-visibility yellow forklift lanes + red pedestrian zones restriped with slip-resistant finish. Catch basin vac-clean + drainage camera inspection, repair flagged on two basins.

Outcomes

• MOL concern closure: Same week
• Floor stripe legibility (forklift visibility test): Pass
• Dock apron flooding events post-repair: available on client release
