The Kitchener location sits in a mid-sized retail plaza with heavy foot traffic from 11 AM to midnight daily — a daytime wash was a non-starter. Layered onto that: grease migration from the adjacent service corridor had permanently darkened the front walkway, and two previous vendors left visible wash-line streaking on the EIFS panels above the entry.
Solution Delivered
D&D scheduled two overnight shifts (11 PM–5 AM) to capture closed hours without disrupting the adjacent tenant's morning open. Our crew deployed a 4,000 PSI hot-water rig with commercial-grade degreaser for the walkway concrete and a soft-wash (low-pressure, high-volume) pass on the EIFS and signage to prevent panel damage. All effluent was captured via a temporary berm and routed to the plaza's grease-interceptor-adjacent drain per MOE guidelines. A second-night return covered dumpster corral sanitization and a streak-free final rinse.
